Redex Group announced today the acquisition of ANDANTEX USA Inc.
Andantex USA has been selling and servicing Redex Group products in North America for the past 40 years. Redex Group has been looking to expand their American operations and to increase their services. The customer base has grown so much that it has become important to expand our local support. Andantex USA was the logical choice to achieve this goal. Redex Group manufactures high-precision machine tool power transmission products, including zero-backlash planetary reducers with high-quality racks and pinions, two-speed spindle drive gearboxes, magnetic powder clutches and brakes, spiral bevel gearboxes, speed increasers and industrial differentials.
Andantex USA shareholders welcomed this opportunity to pass on their legacy to another family-owned business and their shared beliefs in customer-oriented products.

ANDANTEX USA Application Engineering team is well versed in a wide range of industries including machine-tool, carbon fiber, 3D printing, routers, test benches, wire and cable, packaging, textile, and printing machines to name a few.
